Nice drop and will rate say an 8 when less water is used as Country New seems thinner than other styles'use 18-20 litres. Darkish amber in colour and clear in appearance. Light hop finish.

A genuine lager yeast allowing fermentation from 12o up to 30o used in this although average temperature was 20-22o. Very light brown or similarly dark amber in colour. Excellent mix of hops and grain. Not as "burpy" as the real V.B. so eat your heart out C.U.B.
