Step 1:

Look L - Turn L 90 degrees - L walking stance - L low block.


Step 2:

Step R foot forward - R walking stance - R middle punch.


Step 3:

Look R - Turn R 180 degrees - R walking stance - R low block.


Step 4:

Step L foot forward - L walking stance - L middle punch.


Step 5a:

Look L - Turn L 90 degrees - L front stance - L low block


Step 5b:

From the same position - R reverse middle punch.


Step 6:

Look R - Turn R 90 degrees - * R foot steps up into* R walking stance - L middle in block


Step 7:

Step L foot forward - L walking stance - R reverse middle punch.


Step 8:

Look L - Turn L 180 degrees - L walking stance - R middle in block.
