Open Control Panel (Click on the Start icon and then type control panel - The icon will appear.)
Change to View by small icons (Top right)
Select the POP option and click [Next]
Complete the empty fields:
Your Name: The name you wish
displayed when people receive your emails
Email Address: The email address you
are sending email from
Account Type: Select POP3 from the
drop down

Set outgoing server to smtp.shoalhaven.net.au
Click remember password
Leave SPA blank
Select the Outgoing Server tab
Tick My outgoing server requires authentication
Select Log On using ..... and enter username/password
Select the Advanced tab
Set the Outgoing server port to 587
Set the type of encrypted connection to TLS or STARTTLS or NONE
Click [OK] then [Test Account Settings...]
Click [NEXT>] then [CLOSE]
This completes the setup of your
email account in Outlook 2016.
