Apple Mail Setup

  1. Open Mail.
  2. Click Mail at the top of the screen, then Add Account.
  3. Choose Other Mail Account.
  4. Enter your name, full email address and password.
  5. If asked for the account type, choose POP.
  6. Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings below.
  7. Save the account and send yourself a test message.

Example: for jsmith@shoalhaven.net.au, the username is jsmith.

If You Cannot Send Mail

Check that the outgoing server is smtp.shoalhaven.net.au, port 587, and that your username and password are entered for outgoing mail.
